This past month my skin has gone a little crazy on me and has had some sporadic breakouts so I decided to try out some skincare samples that I had lying around and give you a review!
**Keep in mind that we all have different skin & skin care needs. If a product does or does not work for me, it doesn’t mean that it will do the same for you.**
Earlier in the month I started using Paula’s Choice Clear Advanced Blemish Control System. This skincare is for all skin types and comes in regular strength or extra strength. I had the regular strength two-week trial kit. This skincare reduces breakouts, unclogs your pores, & calms redness. The 2-week trial kit comes with three products: Cleanser, Exfoliator, & Blemish Treatment.
Step 1: Cleanser
This cleanser gently cleans your face while dissolving oil, makeup, and dead skin cells. It is clear liquid-y/gel like cleanser that feels extremely nice on the skin. It makes your skin look and feel clean. This is a cleanser that doesn’t lather.
Step 2: Exfoliant
This exfoliant smoothes out and exfoliates your skin while killing bacteria, & reducing redness. It is a pure liquid exfoliant that you apply to a cotton pad and rub all over your face, no need to rinse it off. You should notice unclogged pores, reduced amount of redness and breakouts, diminished wrinkles, and improved skin tone.
Step 3: Treatment
It is a treatment to immediately treat and reduce acne-causing bacteria. You should notice reduced acne blemishes and acne marks.
I, myself, have heard some good things about this skincare line so I thought it would be worth it to try it since I already had it. I really enjoyed the cleanser and see myself purchasing the full-size product in the future. It made my skin feel really nice and I actually loved the fact that it doesn’t lather. This type of exfoliant was very new to me and it was the first time for me to try one that you don’t have to rinse off. I don’t know if I would purchase the full-size of this product. I feel like I couldn’t tell immediate results with this exfoliant and I like it when you can feel the difference after exfoliating your face. Lastly, the blemish treatment. I feel like it was just another blemish treatment to me and I’m not sure if I would purchase the full-size. Overall, it was a good experience and I noticed that it did help to improve my skin.
Now it’s time to win a kit for yourself! I am giving away four kits. Two are regular strength & two are extra strength. Good Luck!
